Marketplace Seller Terms

These Marketplace Seller Terms apply to manufacturers, distributors, compounders, and other vendors (“Sellers”) who list and sell products through the Vetcove marketplace.
1. Listing products
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product information, pricing, and availability shown on their listings, and for keeping that information current.
2. Orders and fulfilment
Sellers agree to accept and fulfil orders placed through the marketplace in accordance with the shipping and service levels described in their seller profile.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are set out in the Seller’s commercial agreement with Vetcove. Vetcove will remit payments according to the schedule described in that agreement.
4. Compliance
Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale and distribution of veterinary products, including licensing and prescription requirements.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate a Seller’s participation in the marketplace with written notice, subject to the completion of any outstanding orders.
