This Privacy Policy and Notice (“Privacy Policy”) covers all uses of our business-to-business procurement platform and corresponding mobile application (collectively, “Procurement Platform”), along with the use of a veterinary customer’s home delivery platform powered by us (“HD Platform”) by individuals in the veterinary industry who have a business relationship with us and more specifically:

• Our veterinary customers such as veterinary clinics and animal hospitals (“Veterinary Customers”) who use our Procurement Platform and related services;
• Product manufacturers, compounders or other vendors and suppliers (“Vendors”) who use our Procurement Platform and related services; and
• Our Veterinary Customers who use the HD Platform and related services in order to sell veterinary products to their pet parent clients.

As used in this Privacy Policy, “Platforms” refers to the Procurement Platform and HD Platform. “Services” refers to the aforementioned services related to the Platforms.
